Despatch & Availability
We strive to despatch Mail Orders the next working day. Our products are fresh & handmade, so sometimes we may not have an item in stock. In these cases, please allow 5 working days for the despatch of your goods. Where we are unable to ship our products to you within 5 working days, you will be offered an alternative, a credit with us or a refund. Please be aware of shipping times, which should be added to the despatch time.
Delivery
Customers in the UK pay £3.95 for all orders up to 20kg in weight. Delivery options vary by region and weight, so look at the table below for a better idea. We can ship to most countries, so if you find your country missing, please email us at feedback@bodyline.co.uk so that we can add it for you. Our cart should automatically calculate the correct postage once you have chosen your region in the checkout page.

Prices
Prices are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of going to press, but the seller reserves the right to alter prices without notice. Prices charged will be those current at time of despatch.

Cancellations and Returns
You have the right to cancel your order before we despatch it, please call us to let us know about the cancellation on +44 (0)1803 527000.
If the products that you receive are damaged or faulty or do not match the description given at the time of the sale of those products, you must return them to us within 7 working days of receiving them. In this case, you will be offered an exchange where possible, or a full refund after we receive the returned products. In the case of damaged or faulty products, or products that do not correspond to the description given at the time of sale we will pay for the postage costs.
If you cancel payment with your card provider rather than following our refund policy, you will be liable for the fee that our payment provider charges us. Chargeback's will be thoroughly investigated and if necessary, will be referred to relevant investigative or law enforcement agencies.

Your personal data, which you will have to submit when placing an to order from our website, will be used for processing and invoicing your order only.
Your data is not publicly available and will never be passed on to other third parties. Your data will be treated as strictly confidential.
You will only be contacted by us regarding an order that you have placed or if you have subscribed to our newsletter.
